I first saw Susie Sharman in 2007, following a 2 day Journey Intensive weekend I had attended. I had also read the book by Brandon Bays so I had a fairly good idea of the process and what was involved. Susie was recommended to me as a Journey Practitioner by the Journey office in Australia.
Susie made me feel very much at ease and comfortable prior to commencing the therapy. We discussed what I wanted to deal with and how this issue was affecting my life. Susie told me she generally used a combination of the Physical and Emotional Journey processes. I then experienced a relaxation meditation with Susie which helped settle my mind and body.
After the process, I felt like a heavy weight had been lifted from my shoulders in regard to my issue. Over a cup of tea, I shared some of my impressions and insights with Susie. Before leaving, she gave me advice on how to take care of myself for the next few days. She also suggested I use a Journal to record any shifts/challenges/emotions I was experiencing in order to keep track of gradual changes in my life relating to my issues. Susie phoned me a few days after my process to hear how I was now coping with that “old issue” and if any challenges had come up to test how I was dealing with it.
